It’s true that you need to provide value to people and organizations in order to get paid. It makes perfect sense that you might choose to stay at work, instead of attending the CAPS Manitoba meetings on May 15. Except, it doesn’t make sense and here’s why…
We are missing a small but significant insight. We assume that the act of ‘working’ is what generates revenue and profits. Common responses to the question, “What can I do to make more money?” include, “I need to work more” or “I need more clients” or “I should increase my fees.”
If you want to dramatically increase your revenue, accelerating your efforts along the same linear path won’t work.
You need to completely change your trajectory and you do this by breaking through your current perceptions about who you are and the value you offer to the world.
What does this have to do with Partnerships?
On May 15 CAPS Manitoba and Enette Pauzé are offering two unique programs at the Winnipeg Winter Club designed to help you increase your margins by changing the way you see yourself and the value you offer to your clients.
- Afternoon workshop: the purpose is to move you from being an event speaker, to becoming a business partner to your clients so that you can charge more and work less.
- Evening program: the purpose is to help you apply your unique expertise so that you can help clients get better partnership results, while also charging more and working less.
If you’re not changing your trajectory by leveraging partnerships in your business, you’re simply leaving $$$ on the table.
